The School for Good and Evil (2022)
In this fantastical Halloween flick, BFFs Sophie and Agatha find their bond tested at a new school for future fairy tale villains and heroes. It's not terrifying, but could still freak out sensitive small fry.
Texas Chainsaw Massacre (2022)
Not quite a reboot, not quite a remake, Texas Chainsaw Massacre tells a new Leatherface story. This time, his path intersects with a group of influencers who plan to renovate and auction off some Texas properties, possibly gentrifying the area in the process.
Hubie Halloween (2020)
This Halloween horror-comedy finds Adam Sandler doing what he does best: affecting a strange accent in a small town full of locals. He plays a resident of Salem who, after a series of strange occurrences, has to convince the town that monsters are real.

The Munsters (2022)

The Curse of Bridge Hollow (2022)
Even though he hates Halloween, Howard (Marlon Wayans) reluctantly helps his teen daughter fight back against a mischievous spirit that's made the town Halloween decorations come alive.
It Follows (2015)
A young woman wakes up tied to a chair and her new boyfriend quickly explains that she's being followed by an unknown entity that can look like anybody. If it catches up to her, it'll kill her. The only way to be rid of the curse is to pass the entity to someone else by sleeping with them, the way he did to her (nice guy, right?). You'll be looking over your own shoulder for days afterward.
Escape the Undertaker (2021)
This is the Halloween movie WWE fans never knew they needed! An interactive film adventure, you help Big E, Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods navigate the Undertaker's house of horrors.
Fear Street Trilogy (2021)
This trilogy of Netflix Halloween movies, based on the R.L. Stine books, explores how the village of Shadyside, Ohio has been plagued over the decades by the bad juju of a wronged witch. Each one takes place in a different time period: Fear Street 1994, Fear Street 1978 and Fear Street 1666. If you loved the books as a tween, this series is for you.
There's Someone Inside Your House (2021)
In an I Know What You Did Last Summer-style series of murders, a killer torments a high school, revealing the students' deepest secrets during each attack. The killer is hard to ID, though, because each time, they wear a mask that looks like the victim's face.
Things Heard and Seen (2021)
For a good ol' haunted house movie, Things Heard and Seen follows a young mom as she moves from the city to the country with her family. She starts to see and experience strange things. Is the rural isolation getting to her, or are past residents of the house revealing themselves?

Another horror comedy, this film takes place in a gentrifying neighborhood in the Bronx. A group of neighbors must band together to save the community when a gang of vampires invades.
The Binding (2020)
If you like mysterious forces, sinister curses and the picturesque Italian countryside, you might want to try this creepy flick. It's about a woman who believes her daughter is cursed, and tries to protect her from malevolent forces.

In the Shadow of the Moon (2019)
